Gina Gordon, 2013 Biology Undergraduate Research Award Recipient

Gina graduated in May 2013 with a B.S. in Biotechnology with a General Honors Notation. She also minored in chemistry and earning a certificate in the Liberal Arts and Management Program. Gina was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa national honorary society in 2012, and she was an IU Founder’s Scholar. Before joining Jake McKinlay’s lab during the fall 2011 semester, Gina conducted research in Carl Bauer’s laboratory. Gina also earned the Fox Glen Research and Education Fund Award in 2013.
