The Jordan Hall field trip materials for grades 5+ were developed by Kathy Daniels, who teaches freshman honors biology and regular biology at New Castle Chrysler High School in New Castle, Indiana, as well as human biology at IU East.
She spent two summers at IU Bloomington in the evolutionary biology lab of Emilia Martins, studying animal behavior and developing educational outreach materials. She also worked with the Center for Integrative Study of Animal Behavior (CISAB), the CISAB REU program, the Jim Holland Summer Enrichment Program, and WonderLab: The Museum of Health, Science and Technology.
