  • EEB graduate student Michael Barker (advised by Loren Rieseberg) was awarded a competitive Biodiversity
    Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Biodiversity Research Centre at the
    University of British Columbia in the spring of 2009, and has accepted a tenure track faculty position in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Arizona, where he will start as an assistant
    professor in January 2011.
  • MBG Graduate Student Ashley Williams (advised by Pat Foster) has accepted a postdoctoral position in the Harvard Biology Department studying DNA repair in the model eukaryote, Caenorhabditis elegans.
  • The IU EEB Program faculty were ranked the #6 most productive Evolution and #8 most productive Ecology research faculty in the nation by the Faculty Scholarly Productivity Index (2007).
