Biotechnology Degree Requirements
A total of 30 credit hours are required to complete the M.S. Biotechnology. The course requirements are distributed in the following courses:
- Advanced Biotechnology Lecture
- Advanced Biotechnology Laboratory
- Biotechnology Seminar
- Research Design and Ethics
- Advanced Course Electives
- Independent Research
The Advanced Course Electives can be selected from an approved list of courses in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or Bioinformatics.
A minimum grade of B- (2.7) in each of the courses, with a minimum cumulative grade point average of B (3.0) is required.
