Rex Grossman Award
Dr. Daniel Grossman is an alumnus and respected local ophthalmologist. He takes special interest in this scholarship established in his father's memory. Premedical or preoptometry study and financial need are strong criteria.
Eligible:
Graduating senior Biology, Microbiology, or Biotechnology majors accepted to medical school or optometry school. Students must be enrolled during the Spring 2013 semester.
Criteria:
High GPA, financial need, demonstrated good citizenship.
Award:
Up to $4,000
Special Application Materials:
Submit all materials listed on the application form.
Indicate in your personal statement whether you have been accepted to medical or optometry school.
A letter of support must be submitted separately by a faculty member.
