Tammie Wise Scheduling Supervisor and UTA Coordinator	twise [at] indiana.edu 855-4147 JH A115	Tammie processes all forms - removal of incomplete, extension of incomplete, and change of grade; records L490/L499 grades; submits all textbook requisitions; checks enrollments, oversees course evaluations, reserves rooms for learning groups, etc.; and coordinates all UTA information (applications, course/UTA assignments, compensation, etc.).
