I'm currently working on the R. centenum genome annotation project. I'm interested in computational methods of annotation, based on probabilistic gene structure modeling and similarity searches. After finished with the basic annotation, I'm planning to study ways to reconstruct metabolic pathways with the annotated genes. We hope to find out interesting genes involved in the complex differentiation processes of the R.centenum.
