After traveling the world, Prymaat returned to Madison, WI where she had made many good friends before she started her travels. Although she was feeling refreshed by her experiences, her world came tumbling down when she learned of the tragic death of Connie. Fortunately, her friends were there to help her out and she was eventually able to bring closure to the death. Part of the closure came with her divorce from Beldar who she felt was responsible for letting Connie become involved with the likes of Charles. However, Prymaat became extremely guilt ridden knowing that Connie's downhill spiral was precipitated as a result of the way Prymaat left her family for her own selfish reasons.

Prymaat spent several months in pyramid therapy to help her deal with the guilt. Eventually Prymaat realized that life must go on and she began doing volunteer work to help teenagers who's parents had split up. For several months, Prymaat appeared on television talk shows offering advice so that she might prevent other families from repeating her mistakes. She started writing a book but found it too emotionally draining and has postponed the project. When she felt that she was ready to move on with her life, she began working with Arabidopsis again as part of the Wisconsin Arabidopsis Training Grant. In fact, there are rumors that Prymaat has been accepted into the Secret Society of the Arabidopsis Training Grant by the Exalted Silique and High Council. However, being that it is a secret society, we may never know for sure.

A couple of years ago, prymaat found the love of her life in the great round head, Captain Jean-Luc Picard. It seems that since he had stepped down as the full-time Captain of the Enterprise, he frequently visited Wisconsin to purchase cheese which his family sells from their modest vineyard in France. On one of his trips to Wisconsin, he spent several days in Madison and, while enjoying a delicious bratwurst on State Street, he caught his first site of Prymaat's smooth pointed head and instantly fell in love. It apparently took some effort on his part to get Prymaat's attention. It seems that her Remulak genes had given her a natural tendency to identify with pointed craniums rather than round. However, after she got to know Jean-Luc a bit she finally went head-over-heels in love for him. She was recently heard to say that "it isn't the shape of the cranium that counts, as long as it is bald." With her renewed self confidence and a new man in her life, Prymaat is happier than she had been on Remulak (so she says). She and Jean-Luc are enjoying their life in Madison. Ironically for Prymaat, they make occasional trips to France, which if you recall is where the Conehead's originally pretended to come from when they crash landed on Earth. Prymaat still enjoys the International Arabidopsis meetings and is expecting to be there again this year.

THE END, for now
